The South Korean prosecution has handed over the former CFO of Terraform Labs for trial

ChainCatcher news, according to the Chosun Ilbo, South Korean prosecutors have handed over Terraform Labs' former CFO Han Chang-jun for trial, after he was arrested and detained for 21 days on February 8.

According to prosecutors, Han Chang-jun is accused of making at least 53.6 billion won in illicit profits by selling and trading LUNA under the guise of the normal operation of the Terra project; he is also accused of violating public offering regulations by selling LUNA without submitting a securities report, in violation of the Capital Markets Act; he is further accused of recording about 100 million electronic payment information of Chinese payment customers on the Terra blockchain without their consent, violating the Electronic Financial Transactions Act.
