ChainCatcher news, according to The Block, due to Starknet and Celestia offering airdrop rewards to code contributors, airdrop hunters have started posting spam comments on GitHub repositories for projects that may launch token airdrops in the future. The Scroll GitHub repository received over 1,000 comments over the weekend.
It is reported that Celestia provided 6% of its supply in the airdrop, with one-third allocated to contributors, primarily those who contributed on GitHub. The Starknet Foundation has allocated approximately 7% of its airdrop to contributing developers.
