ChainCatcher news reports that sources reveal the cryptocurrency exchange Bullish is restructuring Coindesk, with multiple executives and overseas teams being laid off.

Bullish, led by former New York Stock Exchange president Tom Farley, announced the acquisition of CoinDesk last November.

On February 9, Bullish announced the replacement of CoinDesk's long-time CEO Kevin Worth with Bullish's head of business development, Sara Stratoberdha.

According to media reports, Bullish has replaced the former CoinDesk CEO, some original team executives, and overseas team members, including long-time CEO Kevin Worth, Chief Operating Officer and Media President Elinor Hirschhorn, Engineering Vice President John DeGuenther, and Global Strategy Executive Director Emily Parker, all of whom have left. Chief Content Officer Michael Casey will no longer serve in a full-time role but will continue to remain at CoinDesk in another capacity.
