Currently, several DeFi projects in the ecosystem have established point systems, and the zkLend airdrop is coming soon.

On February 14, the Ethereum Layer 2 network Starknet finally unveiled the airdrop details for the token STRK, much to the anticipation of many. Starting from February 20, users can claim the STRK airdrop and use STRK as Gas to participate in ecosystem project interactions.

Last March, Arbitrum also announced its airdrop details around the same time, subsequently bringing significant exposure to numerous ecosystem projects, with a continuous stream of project airdrops leading to rising token values. Moreover, the market activity during the ARB airdrop cannot be compared to the current situation. Regardless of whether the Starknet ecosystem can perfectly sustain market enthusiasm, participating in ecosystem project interactions is worthwhile.

Users of the Braavos wallet can conveniently participate in ecosystem project interactions through the Starknet dApps navigation page. Here are some recommended interaction projects:

Nostra Finance

Nostra Finance is currently the DeFi protocol with the highest TVL on Starknet, supporting basic lending and swap functions (integrated with AVNU). Additionally, Nostra plans to launch the first native stablecoin UNO pegged to the US dollar on Starknet.

It is worth noting that Nostra currently has a points program that awards points based on user behavior within Nostra. The points situation is roughly as follows:

· Lending

Stablecoins: 1 USD = 1 point/day

Volatile assets: 1 USD = 2 points/day

· Borrowing

Stablecoins: 4 USD = 1 point/day

Volatile assets: 8 USD = 2 points/day

· Providing liquidity to pools

Stablecoin/stablecoin pool: 1 USD = 2.5 points/day

Volatile asset/volatile asset pool: 1 USD = 5 points/day

Volatile asset/stablecoin pool: 1 USD = 10 points/day

Additionally, after depositing the first amount of funds, users will automatically generate an invitation link to invite new users and increase their points.

zkLend

zkLend is a crypto lending protocol built on StarkNet, combining the scalability of zk-rollup, excellent transaction speed, and cost savings through Ethereum's security. zkLend meets users' demands for efficient transaction speed and low transaction costs, supporting various tokens such as ETH/wBTC/USDC.

The protocol offers a dual solution: one focused on permission and compliance for institutional clients, and a permissionless service for DeFi users—without sacrificing decentralization.

The ZEND airdrop page preview was also launched on February 6, making it one of the few transparent airdrop projects in the current Starknet DeFi ecosystem.

AVNU

AVNU is a decentralized trading protocol and liquidity infrastructure aimed at consistently seeking to provide the best execution strategies for traders and dApps on Starknet (and broader L2s). The project optimizes trade execution and minimizes slippage by searching for the best trading routes across multiple decentralized exchanges (DEXs). Additionally, its request-for-quote (RFQ) system integrates liquidity from market makers, optimizes price discovery, eliminates slippage, and provides MEV protection.

AVNU also has a points ranking system, with a product UI and interaction experience that is quite excellent. Participating in AVNU interactions allows users to use a points-earning strategy by exchanging USDT for USDC, only paying Gas, with daily participation in trading pairs yielding certain benefits.

Ekubo

Ekubo is a protocol very similar to Nostra, also supporting users in swapping or providing liquidity, and it has a points feature, although the detailed points formula is not clearly stated. Currently, its TVL is not as high as Nostra's, and it does not support lending functions. However, it is fine to deposit some surplus funds for a chance.

Other Similar DEX Projects

In addition to the above projects, three swap projects including 10KSwap, JediSwap, and mySwap have similar functionalities and user experiences, all belonging to relatively early DEX projects. The only difference is that Myswap has a points system, while the other two platforms do not. If you are willing to spend Gas, you can also use the strategy of exchanging USDT for USDC for simple interactions.

Starknet.id

Starknet's ecological domain name project currently has a minting price for new domains of 0.085 ETH/year (approximately 225 USD).
