Common Wealth stated that this is a completely free fund with no management fees, always liquid, and fully on-chain. The fund is open to the public and aims to ensure that access in the early stages of Web3 is in the hands of the communities it serves. Related activities for the fund will begin on February 21, 2024, and will be airdropped as slices (fund NFTs) to the winners of the activities.
