It is reported that the company submitted Form F-4 to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on December 31, 2023, registering its SPAC merger transaction securities as a foreign private entity.
This Wednesday, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission announced the document's effectiveness. According to the document, BitFuFu plans to list on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol "FUFU" after completing its business combination with Arisz Acquisition Corp.
