BlackRock Bitcoin Spot ETF's daily trading volume surpasses Grayscale GBTC for the first time

ChainCatcher news, according to The Block, BlackRock's Bitcoin spot ETF (IBIT) surpassed Grayscale's GBTC in daily trading volume for the first time on Thursday, becoming the largest traded Bitcoin spot ETF in the market. IBIT's daily trading volume reached $303.97 million, while GBTC's daily trading volume was $292.37 million. Following closely was Fidelity's FBTC, with a daily trading volume of $171.84 million.

It is reported that BlackRock's IBIT also led in net inflows on that day, increasing by $163.9 million. In contrast, GBTC recorded a net outflow of $182 million on the same day, the lowest since January 11. The cumulative trading volume of Bitcoin spot ETFs is approaching $30 billion.
