The suspected ALT market maker address transferred 40 million ALT to Binance on January 19
ChainCatcher message, according to @ai_9684xtpa's monitoring, the address starting with 0xc37 may be another market maker for ALT. This address also received 40 million tokens on January 19 (the day after GSR received the tokens), and subsequently transferred all of them to Binance.
