Bitcoin company Swan Bitcoin has launched a mining division and plans to go public within 12 months
ChainCatcher news, Bitcoin financial services company Swan Bitcoin revealed that it launched a new Bitcoin mining division, Swan Mining, last summer, which is currently operating at a speed of 4.5 exahash and is expected to exceed 8 EH by March. So far, more than 750 BTC have been mined.
Swan has rapidly expanded over the past year, doubling its team size and increasing annual revenue to over $125 million. The company plans to conduct a Series C funding round in the coming months, with the funds being evenly split between financial services, mining, and acquisitions. Executives stated that the company is actively working towards going public within the next 12 months.
