The financial losses of BNB Smart Chain (BSC) decreased by 85% in 2023

The report provides an in-depth analysis of security incidents that occurred on the BNB Smart Chain (BSC) in 2023, showing a significant reduction in financial losses on the BSC chain, with an 85% decrease compared to previous years.

Among these, the amount of fiat losses decreased from approximately $43.7 million in Q3 2023 to about $15.6 million in Q4, a reduction of 64%, primarily due to a roughly 51% decrease in hacking incidents.
