Blockchain genomics company LunaDNA will cease operations on January 31, having raised $6.6 million
ChainCatcher news, according to Genomeweb, blockchain genomics company LunaDNA announced that it will cease operations on January 31. The company was launched in 2017 and raised $2 million in seed funding, followed by an additional $4.6 million in 2019.
The company stated: "While this company and platform will no longer exist, we are proud to have recognized the transformative importance of people as partners in therapeutic development and to have demonstrated to the industry and researchers the value of a more comprehensive understanding of the pain in people's lives beyond therapy."
