MetaMask launches validator monitoring service
ChainCatcher news, according to official sources, MetaMask has launched a validator monitoring service, where MetaMask will operate validator nodes on behalf of subscribers who deposit 32 ETH. MetaMask stated that it will run the nodes securely while reducing the risks of slashing and downtime.
Consensys, the company responsible for managing this service, stated: "Despite managing over 33,000 validators with more than $2 billion worth of Ethereum, the company has never received any slashing penalties in over two years of operation."
