Celsius: Provides repayment, refinancing options, or offset processing for retail borrower deposit claims

ChainCatcher news, Celsius announced that it has provided several options for creditors holding Class 2 Retail Borrower Deposit Claims. These creditors can now choose to participate in the Retail Advance Obligation Repayment Election, the Refinancing Election, or Set Off Treatment.

According to the announcement, any refinancing arrangements will be made with third-party lenders, and more information will be provided after the effective date. Eligible holders of Class 2 Retail Borrower Deposit Claims (with some exceptions) should have already received an email regarding the upcoming repayment or refinancing options notification.
