ChainCatcher news, according to Yahoo Finance data, American asset management company Vanguard is one of the largest shareholders of MicroStrategy. As of September 2023, Vanguard holds a stake of 8.24%, making it the second-largest institutional shareholder of MicroStrategy.

MicroStrategy's stock is also part of several mutual fund portfolios under Vanguard, including the Vanguard Total Stock Market Index Fund, Vanguard Small-Cap Index Fund, Vanguard Extended Market Index Fund, and Vanguard Small-Cap Growth Index Fund.
