According to ChainCatcher, The Block reported that BitMEX co-founder Arthur Hayes has joined the decentralized AI computing platform Ritual as an advisor.

Hayes told The Block that he was not an investor in Ritual before becoming an advisor, but he could not disclose whether he received any incentives for joining the project. He also could not reveal how many advisory roles he has held in the crypto space, nor could he disclose whether he is involved in any other AI projects.

It is reported that Ritual was created by a team with backgrounds from companies such as OpenAI, Coinbase, Palantir, Protocol Labs, Polychain, Paradigm, Citadel, and Google. Ritual completed a $25 million funding round last November, led by Archetype, with Accomplice and Robot Ventures participating.
