Bloomberg: Institutions can submit the final modifications for Bitcoin spot ETF applications by Monday morning
According to ChainCatcher news, institutions hoping to issue a Bitcoin spot ETF have been asked to submit their final amendments to their applications in Washington by Monday morning, as reported by Bloomberg. The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) plans to vote on the 19b-4s filings submitted by exchanges in the coming days. The regulator may take action on the issuers' applications (S-1) around the same time.
Additionally, if the SEC approves the two sets of required approvals, the ETF could begin trading as early as the next business day.
