ChainCatcher news, according to Reuters citing informed sources, several Bitcoin spot ETF issuers discussed the S-1 prospectus filing that must be submitted for approval for each ETF with officials from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Friday, and final approval of the S-1 applications is expected to be received later next Tuesday or Wednesday. The SEC has requested minor adjustments from three Bitcoin ETF issuers, and some asset management companies are expected to modify their filings to disclose the fee rates or market maker status of their ETFs.

Informed sources indicated that issuers who complete their filings before the year-end amendment deadline may be approved to launch before January 10, when the SEC must approve or reject the Ark/21Shares ETF, which is the first fund.
