Wilshire Phoenix submits amended S-1 filing for its Bitcoin fund to the SEC

ChainCatcher news, according to The Block Pro, Wilshire Phoenix has submitted a new S-1 amendment for its Bitcoin fund (wShares Bitcoin Fund), which will charge a 0.75% management fee and will custody Bitcoin at Fidelity.

Bloomberg analyst James Seyffart noted that this is Wilshire Phoenix's 11th S-1 amendment submission.
