Marathon production report: In December, 1853 BTC were produced, holding over 15,000 BTC
ChainCatcher news, Marathon Digital Holdings released the December production report, with the following key data:
- December's record Bitcoin production was 1,853 BTC, with a total production of 12,852 BTC for the year 2023;
- Monthly average operating hash rate increased by 18% month-over-month, reaching 22.4 EH/s;
- As of December 31, 2023, Bitcoin holdings exceeded 15,000 BTC, with cash and Bitcoin valued at $1 billion.
In addition, MaraPool collected transaction fees of over 380 BTC, equivalent to 22% of BTC production.
