BestinSlot: Discovered a bug affecting BRC-20 balances, recommends all indexers to use the old version

ChainCatcher message, the Ordinals aggregator BestinSlot posted on platform X stating that it has discovered a bug affecting BRC-20 balances in the latest released ord version 0.13.1, and recommends that all BRC-20 indexers stick to version 0.9 of ord until this issue is resolved.

BestinSlot indicated that there are likely other destructive bugs in the latest released ord version, and to avoid such protocol violations, BestinSlot agrees to "freeze" ------ committing to using a thoroughly tested and proven to run perfectly version of ord, particularly version 0.9.0.
