According to ChainCatcher news, data agency Arkham monitored that a newly created address starting with 0x454 collateralized 80 million dollars in WBTC, borrowed 48 million dollars in ETH on Aave, and then transferred the ETH to Coinbase. The address received the funds 3 days ago and made the transaction when the ETH to BTC exchange rate hit a new low.
