Arkham: A trader spent over 300 ETH bribing validators during the Bitcoin Cats token launch
ChainCatcher news, Arkham posted on platform X that trader 0xdA9 previously invested $650,000 in Bitcoin Cats tokens, spending over 300 ETH in bribes to ensure its transaction entered the first block. In total, he invested over $1.3 million in the transaction, with more than half of that as bribes to validators. The account initially received 650 ETH from "theironmountain.eth," and then sent all profits to that address. He sold all other tokens except for $100,000 worth of 1CAT tokens in just one and a half hours, and returned $1.78 million in ETH to theironmountain.eth.
