The SEC confirms that Cboe has submitted documents regarding Fidelity's Ethereum spot ETF application
ChainCatcher news, according to SEC filings, the Chicago Board Options Exchange (Cboe BZX Exchange, Inc.) submitted a proposed rule change to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on November 17, intending to list and trade shares of the Fidelity Ethereum Fund ("Trust") under BZX Rule 14.11(e)(4) as a spot ETF commodity trust. The SEC has confirmed receipt of the proposal and will solicit public comments on the rule change.
