Pando Asset has submitted a spot Bitcoin ETF application to the SEC
ChainCatcher news, Swiss asset management company Pando Asset has submitted a spot Bitcoin ETF application to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
According to the S-1 form, the ETF will be traded on the Cboe BZX trading platform, with Coinbase acting as the custodian. Bitcoin pricing will be based on CME's CF Bitcoin Reference Rate. According to its website, Pando currently has issued a cryptocurrency exchange-traded product (ETP) "Pando Asset Crypto 6 ETP" on the Swiss Stock Exchange.
