The KyberSwap attackers plan to release a settlement agreement statement on November 30
ChainCatcher news, the KyberSwap attacker has left messages on-chain to KyberSwap executives, employees, token holders, and liquidity providers, expressing a willingness to negotiate. The team previously received responses from the attacker stating that most of the responses received were threats and unfriendly in tone. Nevertheless, he stated that he is ready to make a statement regarding a possible settlement agreement, planning to release it at noon UTC on November 30.
Additionally, the attacker proposed that if hostility continues, the date will be postponed. If there are no other circumstances, it will proceed as planned on November 30.
Previous news, KyberSwap was attacked on November 23, resulting in a loss of $48.3 million. On November 24, the KyberSwap team issued a negotiation message on-chain to the hacker, stating that the hacker could keep 10% of the stolen funds. On November 26, the KyberSwap hacker returned approximately $4.67 million and 361,876 USDC.e.
