Frank mentioned that the original intention of the loyalty program was to provide more value to the community. However, it has proven that the points system has fundamental flaws, which are reflected not only at the product level but also in the severely imbalanced distribution of points, leading to the system not being widely welcomed. He is willing to reconsider if a viable alternative arises, but for now, it has been decided to close the loyalty program.
