Binance Labs invests $3.15 million in the Web3 education protocol Open Campus
ChainCatcher news, Binance Labs announced an investment of $3.15 million in the Web3 education protocol Open Campus. This investment aims to onboard new users into Web3 and attract more local users to participate in education by launching new Publisher NFTs. These NFTs can enhance the income potential of content creators and enable revenue sharing among co-owners.
It is reported that Open Campus is a community-driven Web3 education platform that allows content creators to tokenize the educational content they publish. Open Campus plans to provide entry services through adopters like TinyTap (a subsidiary of Animoca Brands), including wallets, token payments, and incentives to drive Web3 adoption.
Recently, Open Campus launched a global educator fund in collaboration with Animoca Brands, a $10 million initiative that provides incentives for qualified educators or individuals to generate content intended for publication on Open Campus partner platforms. These courses are marked as Publisher NFTs, allowing educators to truly own their content.
