The Uniswap community's proposal to "authorize 10 million UNI to underrepresented representatives" has been voted through

ChainCatcher news, the official governance page shows that the Uniswap community has voted to approve the "Temperature Check Proposal to authorize UNI to active but underrepresented representatives." It is reported that this proposal seeks to authorize 10 million UNI from the DAO treasury to underrepresented representatives. The top four candidates can receive up to 2.5 million UNI in authorization, while the remaining tokens will be distributed equally among other candidates. These tokens will be non-tradable and are intended solely for voting purposes, thereby increasing their voice in governance proposals.

According to the voting results, the confirmed top 4 representatives 404 DAO, Wintermute Governance, PGov, and StableLab will receive an authorization of 2.5 million UNI. The remaining UNI will be distributed among Keyrock, Karpatkey, and atiselsts.eth based on their respective votes. The next steps will involve calculating the required amount for each authorization and incorporating a technical understanding of the execution.
