ChainCatcher news, the on-chain liquidity protocol Kyber Network announced that KyberSwap Elastic has encountered a security incident. As a precaution, it is strongly recommended that all users withdraw their funds immediately. The team is investigating the situation seriously and promises to provide regular updates.
Among them, X platform user Spreek disclosed that the DEX aggregator and liquidity platform KyberSwap has experienced unusually large outflows on multiple chains, suspected to be under attack, with a total amount stolen currently estimated at about $47 million. These funds include $20.7 million on Arbitrum, $15 million on Optimism, $7 million on Ethereum, $3 million on Polygon, and $2 million on Base.
