As a national comprehensive pilot city for blockchain innovation applications, it relies on the blockchain alliance ecosystem of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to actively promote the construction of offshore incubators for blockchain in the Greater Bay Area and facilitate innovation and exchange channels for the blockchain industry in Guangdong and Hong Kong.

Web 3.0 is the next generation of the internet, centered around technologies such as blockchain, with its integration into the real economy focusing on data elements. The integration and application of blockchain technology with privacy computing and other technologies help solve the challenges of data security and circulation, providing trusted identity management and asset expression capabilities for data element circulation. This will aid in achieving data ownership, data trading, and data circulation, playing an important role in further releasing the value of data elements and comprehensively promoting technological innovation and industrial transformation.
