ChainCatcher news, Bitcoin mining company TeraWulf announced its financial report for the third quarter of 2023, in which it self-mined 994 BTC, a quarter-over-quarter increase of 9.5%; revenue was $19 million, a quarter-over-quarter increase of 22.6%; it is expected to use the cash generated in the third quarter of 2023 to repay approximately $7 million in debt, of which $5.5 million has been repaid in October 2023; the gross profit for the third quarter of 2023 increased to $10.7 million, compared to $10.3 million in the second quarter of 2023.
As of September 30, the total installed hash rate capacity was 5.5 EH/s, a year-over-year increase of 267%; the average operating hash rate was 4.8 EH/s; it announced the order of 18,500 Antminer S19j XP Bitcoin miners, with a total price of $75.4 million, of which $53.4 million has been prepaid.
