According to ChainCatcher news and Bloomberg reports, UBS Group, along with competitors such as HSBC Holdings, is allowing Hong Kong clients to trade certain cryptocurrency-linked exchange-traded funds. Sources indicate that starting Friday, affluent clients will be able to purchase three cryptocurrency ETFs authorized by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission on the UBS Hong Kong platform: Samsung Bitcoin Futures Active, CSOP Bitcoin Futures, and CSOP Ether Futures ETF.

CSOP Bitcoin Futures and CSOP Ether Futures were hailed as Asia's first listed Bitcoin and Ethereum futures ETFs when they launched last December. The total assets of these two funds and Samsung's investment tool are relatively small, amounting to approximately $70 million.
