BC Technology Group: Its virtual asset trading platform OSL has partnered with Harvest International to launch tokenized retail fund products in Hong Kong
ChainCatcher news, Hong Kong BC Technology Group (00863) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary OSL Digital Securities Limited has submitted a proposal to the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) on November 1, 2023, in collaboration with Harvest International Asset Management Limited (HGI), to explore the launch of tokenized retail fund products ("Fund Tokens") in the Hong Kong retail market.
It is reported that the proposal aims to comply with the SFC's regulatory guidelines on tokenized financial products in Hong Kong. Upon authorization by the SFC, these Fund Tokens are expected to be made available to retail investors in Hong Kong.
