ChainCatcher news, Sinohope Technology Holdings Limited (Sinohope Technology) announced a partnership with Alpha Blockchain Capital (referred to as ABC) to launch a 100% virtual asset investment fund "Alpha Blockchain SP1", aimed at providing qualified professional investors with a portfolio invested in 100% virtual assets.

The Alpha Blockchain SP1 fund adopts an active investment strategy, managed by Sinohope Asset Management (Hong Kong) Limited and China Zhongheng Financial Group Limited (referred to as Zhongheng Financial) as co-investment managers, with Alpha Blockchain Capital serving as the fund's advisor. Zhongheng Financial is a licensed broker recognized by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission and holds Type 1 (Dealing in Securities), Type 4 (Advising on Securities), and Type 9 (Asset Management) licenses.
