Dmail launches Subscription Hub, reshaping Web3 communication (with tutorial)
Source: Dmail
For a long time, Web3 developers could only communicate in a broadcast manner through platforms like Twitter and Discord in the Web2 world, unable to achieve personalized communication based on wallet addresses or decentralized identities. This not only resulted in poor user experience and low retention rates but also hindered end-user analysis and customized content delivery.
Recently, Dmail, a Web3 infrastructure service provider, launched the Subscription Hub, which is expected to address the aforementioned challenges. According to the official introduction, this is a powerful and efficient Web3 information aggregation and distribution platform designed to provide developers with services for information delivery and direct user engagement.
With this platform, developers can send important information or personalized notifications directly to the wallet addresses of all subscribed users or any associated decentralized identities, ensuring that users can always check the latest updates and reminders from dApps through multiple channels such as browser notifications, Dmail, Telegram, and external email, thereby enhancing user experience and improving engagement and conversion rates.
During the usage process, developers do not need to deploy code to build templates or scenarios; they can quickly configure and push messages to subscribers via API or a visual developer platform. They can also directly call protocols using the API KEY provided by the official, for example, ENS can customize monitoring for domain names that are about to expire (30 days) and automatically send renewal reminders to those addresses, thus enhancing user experience, retention, and paid conversion. There are no Gas fees required throughout the process, ensuring 100% user reach.
It is worth noting that the Subscription Hub also launched AI-related features, including AI tagging, AI data reports, and an AI customer service assistant (creating a self-training and management system for FAQs for dApps, with AI automatically responding to over 85% of inquiries).
During the closed testing period, over 20 projects experienced the Subscription Hub and provided feedback. Overall, the platform can reshape Web3 communication methods, offering the following advantages compared to traditional communication methods:
- User satisfaction increased by 300%
- Active address interaction rate increased by 500%
- User churn rate decreased by 60%
- Cost reduced by about 70% while achieving the same marketing effect
So far, more than 70 developers and partners are currently using or preparing to use the Subscription Hub service provided by Dmail, including Conflux, Linea, Manta Network, SafePal, Bitget Wallet, SPACE ID, BSC Daily, Chain GPT, P12, IoTex, Particle Network, and more.
In the future, Dmail will continue to iterate on the Subscription Hub service, building an AI-driven decentralized communication infrastructure that provides encrypted emails, aggregated notifications, and precise marketing services across multiple chains and dApps, meeting the diverse needs of Web3 users, developers, and marketers, allowing users to stay informed and connected in the digital environment, thus easily and seamlessly accessing important data and messages.
