ChainCatcher news, according to Cointelegraph, in court documents dated September 29, SBF's representative lawyer Mark Cohen argued that there are flaws in the jury questions posed by the U.S. government, which could lead to an unfair trial for SBF. Mark Cohen emphasized that the court must remind potential jurors that SBF is entitled to a presumption of innocence until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. He also believes that the language used in the jury selection questions has painted a biased picture, assuming that SBF has committed fraud and money laundering.

Jury selection will begin on October 3, and the trial will start on October 4. SBF has been held at the Metropolitan Detention Center since August 11.
