FTX's former spokesperson filed a motion to dismiss the class action lawsuit against them
ChainCatcher news, according to The Block, Tom Brady, Gisele Bündchen, Stephen Curry, Larry David, Shaquille O'Neal, David Ortiz, and Naomi Osaka, former FTX spokespersons, have filed a separate motion to dismiss the lawsuit against them, which accuses the defendants of colluding in FTX fraud.
The motion states that the plaintiffs "have not presented any facts to support their claims" that the celebrities were involved in a "secret FTX scheme carefully orchestrated by a handful of FTX insiders."
