The founder of Arrington Capital is no longer a board member of the new Celsius company
ChainCatcher news, Arrington Capital founder Michael Arrington stated on Twitter that he will no longer serve as a board member of the new Celsius company, and Arrington Capital investor and advisor Ravi Kaza will take over.
It is reported that this comes just 13 days after he agreed to join the board of the Delaware company formed by Celsius. Michael Arrington indicated that the reason for his departure was disagreement with some decisions made regarding the board's bylaws, particularly the decision regarding board observers.
