ChainCatcher news, Coinbase's Layer 2 network Base announced the introduction of an open-source monitoring system called Pessimism for the Optimism ecosystem, which can identify protocol threats and security vulnerabilities specific to networks created using the OP stack and other EVM-compatible chains.
