ChainCatcher news, according to Bloomberg, Chicago Board Options Exchange (Cboe) CEO Edward Tilly has resigned for failing to disclose personal relationships with colleagues.

It is reported that Cboe has now appointed its current board member Fredric Tomczyk as its new CEO, effective immediately. Tilly will be allowed to retain a portion of his issued restricted stock. Cboe has previously added a new asset class of digital holdings through the cryptocurrency company Eris.
