Aave has passed and executed the proposal "Freeze Stewards for Multi-Chain Deployment," allowing administrators to freeze assets

Since the Aave V3 Ethereum pool already has a freezing steward that allows emergency administrators to freeze reserves, this proposal aims to synchronize actions by executing the same operation across networks, including Optimism, Arbitrum, Polygon, Metis, and Base.
