Atari founder: The three pillars of blockchain that can upgrade games include seamless transfers, smart contracts, and value storage
ChainCatcher news, according to Cointelegraph, Atari founder Nolan Bushnell described three pillars that blockchain can provide for modern gaming in an interview, with the first and most important value proposition being the ability to transfer funds seamlessly and securely. He explained, "We want to turn gaming into a competitive platform, and for good competition, you need to be able to transfer funds simply, easily, and securely."
"The second is the utility of smart contracts. Smart contracts are valuable not only in gaming but in all human interactions because much of what we do in life is about building relationships and then setting terms for those relationships." The third key area is the ability to securely store the value of digital assets in the form of currency and tokens.
