Former Algorand CEO Steve Kokinos will take over as CEO of Celsius to manage operations
ChainCatcher news, according to Friday's court filings, former CEO of the decentralized blockchain infrastructure Algorand, Steve Kokinos, will take over as CEO of Celsius and serve on the board. Additionally, the board members include two co-chairs of the Celsius creditors' committee, Scott Duffy and Thomas DiFiore, the chairman of the holding company managing the bankruptcy of Lehman Brothers, Frederick Arnold, the head of the audit committee at commercial real estate company WeWork, Elizabeth LaPuma, and investment banker Emmanuel Aidoo from Perella Weinberg.
It is reported that Kokinos left Algorand in July 2022 and is also a co-owner of Fahrenheit.
