Chairman of the Texas Blockchain Council: Bitcoin production decreased by over 90% this week due to the power crisis

The U.S. officials announced on Thursday that Texas has entered a power emergency. Lee Bratcher mentioned that under the tight power conditions, all industrial-scale Bitcoin miners have shut down their mining machines.
