Introduction: This event aims to promote the large-scale application development of Web3 and AGI globally, in collaboration with outstanding Web3 and AGI developers from around the world. The event is co-hosted by Dev3, Moledao, and C² Ventures, with Chain Catcher as the media partner. High-quality projects selected in the hackathon will share a prize pool worth up to $60,000!
The themes of this hackathon are divided into two main tracks: Infrastructure and Web3 Dapps.
Theme 1: Infrastructure
Scalability Challenges: Develop solutions to improve the transaction throughput and processing capacity of blockchain networks for efficient large-scale transaction processing and data storage.
Security and Privacy Protection: Build blockchain infrastructure with high security and privacy measures to ensure the safety of participants' data and transactions, providing users with anonymous protection.
DID: Design innovative decentralized identity verification mechanisms to ensure the verification of participants' identities and the accuracy of data, providing users with convenient and secure identity authentication solutions.
Cross-chain Interoperability: Build solutions that support interoperability between different blockchain platforms, enabling seamless flow of assets and data, and promoting connectivity between different blockchain ecosystems.
Theme 2: Web3 Dapps
- RWA & RWAFi:
• Digitalization and Tokenization of RWA: Research how to digitize real-world assets and convert them into crypto assets for easier management and trading.
• Decentralized Trading of RWA: Design decentralized trading platforms or protocols that allow investors to directly participate in the trading of real-world assets, achieving higher liquidity and accessibility.
• RWA Identity and Verification: Research and implement trustworthy RWA identity verification solutions to ensure the authenticity and ownership of assets.
• RWA Measurement and Valuation: Explore how to accurately measure and value real-world assets, providing reliable references and decision-making bases for investors.
- LSD and LSDFi:
• LSDFi Protocols and Platforms: Design and build protocols or platforms that support LSDFi, allowing users holding POS tokens to connect their collateral liquidity with the DeFi ecosystem.
• Liquidity Tokenization: Research how to convert POS tokens into liquidity tokens for trading in liquidity pools, earning profits through rewards for liquidity providers.
• LSDFi Strategies and Tools: Design strategies and tools for users providing LSDFi, offering methods for profit maximization and risk management.
• Cross-chain LSDFi: Consider how to facilitate cross-chain interoperability of LSDFi between different blockchain networks, promoting liquidity collateralization and trading of different POS tokens.
In addition, participants can also choose from AI, Web3 Gaming, DeFi, Metaverse, ZK, and L3 Modular Blockchain to encourage developers in various tracks to innovate actively.

September 10 Agenda
On September 10, it will be Hackathon Demo Day, starting with registration at 9:30 AM. Following that, Jack Kong, the founder of Nano Labs, will give the opening speech. Then, Blade Hu, an investor from CEEX, will deliver a keynote speech titled "The Road Ahead for WAIGC." The introduction of Moledao and the hackathon will be presented by its core builder, Phoebe. The morning session will also include two roundtable forums: one on the security of the Web 3.0 economy, featuring industry leaders such as Wang Hao, COO of MetaBank, and TY, Director of MetaTrust; the other discussing the integration of AI and Web3, with industry experts like Alex Guo, Senior Solutions Architect at Alibaba Cloud, and Bruce Lan, Partner at Bing Ventures.
After a lunch break, the afternoon session will start at 1:30 PM with two roundtable forums, each lasting 45 minutes. One will focus on the future transformation of blockchain gaming from Web2 to Web3, hosted by industry leaders such as Edward Chen, Partner at Huobi Ventures, and Ciara, Founder of C² Ventures; the other will discuss the RWA track, featuring partners like Eason from MT Capital and Aria from Zonff Partners, among others from top institutions.
After the roundtable forums, the Demo Day project presentations and scoring will take place, where participants can come to the venue to interact face-to-face with judges and mentors. Each project will have 10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for judges' questions. Judges will score based on project quality and participant performance, while mentors will provide feedback and suggestions for improvement, allowing participants to refine their projects in the following days for a chance to win the $60,000 prize in the final round on the 15th. Our judging panel consists of top VCs from Bixin Ventures, C² Ventures, Foresight X, Bing Ventures, and more.
September 11 to September 14
From September 11 to 14, participating projects can refine their projects based on the evaluation results and feedback with the assistance of the mentor team. Our mentor team consists of top institutions and projects such as Orderly Network, Layerzero Labs, Starknet, Scroll, and Aptos, who will provide guidance at any time to help participants shape their projects.
September 15 Agenda
On September 15, the final presentations and evaluations will take place. The final judging panel includes Gabby Dizon, Co-founder of YGG, Thanh Le, Founder of Coin98, Yawn Rong, Co-founder of FindSatoshi Lab, Bryan Pellegrino, Co-founder and CEO of LayerZero Labs, Andrei Grachev, Partner at DWF, and Jenny Cheng, Vice President of Animoca Ventures, among other top institutions and projects.

The Vanguard Building is the office location of Moledao and Bybit in Singapore and serves as a Web 3 hub, frequently organizing Web3 seminars and hackathons.
