ChainCatcher news, according to CoinDesk, the lawsuit against Curve founder Michael Egorov for alleged involvement in fraudulent activities by ParaFi Capital, Framework Ventures, and 1kx was dismissed by a California court because Michael Egorov was not in California at the time of the incident.

Judge Richard B. Ulmer Jr. stated that Michael Egorov has not resided in California since 2018, but the actions cited by the plaintiffs occurred in 2020, which means that the California court should not be the venue for the trial.
