ChainCatcher news, according to Decrypt, the Aura Blockchain Consortium launched by luxury brands such as Louis Vuitton and Prada has appointed tech entrepreneur Romain Carrere as the new CEO, and he will also serve as the Secretary General.
It is reported that the Aura Blockchain Consortium was founded in 2021 by LVMH (Louis Vuitton, Tiffany & Co.), Prada Group, Richemont (Cartier), and OTB Group (Diesel), with the Mercedes-Benz Group joining in 2022. Aura provides member companies with NFT minting, Software as a Service (SaaS), and authentication capabilities on a permissioned blockchain compatible with Ethereum.
