Wemade's subsidiary Lightscale has launched the mainnet of its Layer 2 network Kroma
ChainCatcher news, Wemade's subsidiary Lightscale has launched the mainnet of its Layer 2 network Kroma. Kroma uses a combination of Optimistic Rollup and ZKP technology, and will upgrade to 100% ZK rollup in the future. Kroma will start minting its native token KRO in mid-2024, with 10% of KRO tokens allocated to the WEMIX community through various means.
It is reported that Kroma initially plans to focus on gaming, and will later expand into areas such as DeFi and NFTs.
