Meanwhile, Wright Thurston accuses Eric Schiermeyer of selling and wasting millions of dollars in company assets for personal gain without the knowledge or approval of the board or shareholders, and engaging in systematic, purposeful, and deceptive actions that harm Gala Games and its shareholders' interests.
