Binance: Measures have been taken against a certain site for not fully disabling CYBER withdrawal functions
ChainCatcher message, Binance responded on social media to the rumor that "a certain user was still able to withdraw CYBER from the Ethereum mainnet during the period when withdrawals were prohibited on Binance" by stating that due to insufficient ETH network balance, Binance suspended the withdrawal of CYBER tokens on August 31 at 03:14:52 (UTC+8). Currently, Binance is actively communicating and collaborating with the project team to facilitate cross-chain token transfers to improve liquidity.
Due to system configuration reasons, the local site in a certain region did not completely disable the withdrawal function, resulting in a user from that region withdrawing 27,000 CYBER tokens from the main site after Binance had closed withdrawals. Binance has quickly identified the issue and has taken corresponding measures. Moving forward, they will continue to optimize the system configuration processes of various regional sites to prevent similar situations from occurring in the future.
